How much does it cost?
This will depend on the size of the job. A simple bath resurfacing starts at $550.
How will the finished product look compared to now?
The final surface will be to the same level of professionalism as the original surface (or how it was when it was new). There will be no difference and it will appear as though it is a brand new surface. In fact, the surface that is added is often of a higher durability and quality from the original.
How long will it last?
The lifetime of the new surface will depend on how well you care for it, but with proper care it will last the life of your kitchen, bath or bathroom. Proper care is straightforward but requires that you understand the care instructions.
What is involved?
Once you give the go-ahead, we will organise a time for our technician to come out. Before we get started, the area will need to be clean and free of dust, dirt, grime and grease.
We will be applying a resin, so there will be some odour - although it has a pleasant perfume added to it.
You will be unable to use the surface for 48 hours after completion.
How long does it take?
The amount of time taken will vary from job-to-job, however typical times are:
- Kitchen benchtop 1 day
- Full kitchen 2-3 days
- Bath ½ day
- Shower base ½ day
- Bathroom 1-2 days
